What information must be in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy repayment plan?

The primary pieces of information that must be contained in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy repayment plan are: the duration of the plan (typically three or five years), the amount of money or other assets that the debtor is to pay to the trustee and the amount of money to be paid to each creditor. If any creditors will be compensated outside of the plan, the plan must specify which creditors will be paid in that manner.
